David Cloutier

David Cloutier is a learning technology leader, IT generalist, teacher, and community builder.David has practice in applied design thinking, systems thinking approaches to problem solving, business process optimization through IT, systems migration (On-premise to Cloud), and end-user training & support.David is a past candidate for Calgary-Shaw with the Alberta NDP in the 2023 Alberta election. Community engagement is important to David, and he has been actively involved in several nonprofit boards including as the Calgary Legacy Community Association.He holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Athabasca University with a focus in both Work, Organization, and Leadership, and in Educational Studies; a Bachelor of Education from Mount Royal University; and a Teacher Leadership Certificate from the University of Calgary.
